Connecting to the interactive board for the first time
If you are using a MacBook, there will be some settings to change before the interactive board can be connected to your MacBook.
Click OK to allow the microphone to be used by the Screen Share app.
Type in the 6-digit number as shown on the board.
Click Open System Preferences > click the lock icon on the lower left, then login with your own account to access the privacy settings.
Click the tickbox next to the app on the right to enable screen recording for the Screen Share app.
Quit & Reopen the Screen Share app.
You should be able to connect to the board now.
